Once you apply for ETIAS, it will last for three years or until your passport expires. Remember that it is not possible to transfer your ETIAS from one passport to another. Once your passport expires, you will need to apply again.

You need to fill out an ETIAS application with all the necessary information, which should not take you more than 20 minutes. Once the application has come through, it will be processed and analysed.

Because the United Kingdom is not a part of the EU anymore, every UK citizen will need to apply for ETIAS before visiting Spain, and any Schengen zone countries in Europe.
